First Change: Preordainment (born to Lupus Kin in Brittany in the Sept of Avalon's Rest, run by the Silver Fangs of House Gleaming Eye; he was born under great auspice, a promised return of a king, as great as if not greater than Jonas Albrecht; his Change came when on his own the young wolf followed a foul trail all the way to the shore of the English Channel, where a great Wyrmbeast rose from the sea and attacked him; at first, he felt terrified, but it triggered a frenzy of Rage and he threw himself at it, but in Crinos, and tore it asunder...it survived and sank back into the sea, from where he awaited its return to this day), 1984

The Test: Trial by Combat (so far, he seemed to be fulfilling much of the expected destiny; the Sept trained him up in all forms of war while just the basics of human society; his Rite of Passage ran solo, and he had to defeat or at least hold his own against all of his elder trainers)

Key Event #1: War (his first task proved a true challenge: he had to hunt down a Silver Spiral traitor from House Austere Howl in London; he demonstrated pure instinct, drive, and a talent for killing, laying low the traitor in a spectacular duel atop the Old Ben clock)
Key Event #2: War (Adar knew a future as king might never come but resolved to focus on his duties as Ahroun and Gleaming Eye; he racked up many other more minor kills, all of which surged him to his next Rank, impressing his home Sept with self-expressions of his renown that elevated humble success over self-aggrandizing boasts)
Key Event #3: War (but his vindictive edge became more and more unbearable in and around the Sept, especially the way he dealt with humans in the Rennes area, so he was dispatched to Montreal to help the Garou there battle vampires; he was especially violent against those Sabbat leeches who not only kidnapped and murdered or worse their Kinfolk, but tried to mind-control the "Lupines" themselves; he also discovered the undead did not enjoy crossbow bolts to the chest!)
Key Event #4: Awe & Wonder (he Ranked up with such wins, overcoming a challenge of wit with trick questions regarding ethics, as befitting a future king)
Key Event #5: Treachery (then word came from Brittany that the House wanted him to move to New York City and watch over House Wyrmfoe's doings in the area, which grew suspect with the rumors of Albrecht's rise)
Transition: Shift in Purpose (but Adar saw lots of problems with all the local Garou, and at risk of endangering himself and exposing his true role, he began to gather allies, even a human psychic, to help; and all the while, he kept a weather eye on the ocean, should that great evil beast re-emerge...)

Magnitude: Adar can remember back to the Renaissance era
Details: While he has glimpses of Arthurian myth throughout the ages playing out in real time, he can't always be sure how much is fact or "fiction" derived from some spirit realm; he does know that the Wyrmbeast that he fought at the Channel's shores has been stalking him for many ages

Adar is the avenger of Gaia, but he often forgets that and just seeks revenge for himself or, at best, the Garou. This vindictiveness becomes obsessive if he can't quickly resolve the outrage, a sure sign of his Tribe's genetic "problems".
